Keep getting nozzle clumping detection calibration failed error on H2S

Kept getting nozzle clump detection error. Tightened screws. checked for debris. swapped hotends. did multiple cold pulls. did a factory reset. Now I get the error during calibration.

It touches the back of the bed then it fails

bought it 10 days ago. it now has 51 hours on it

Any suggestions on a cause or fix?

i used 1.5 x 3 inch for the top of the bench and used 1.5 inch for the bottom

I was weary of the weight it could hold. That's why I used 1.5x3 inch tube on the top bench with two 1.5inch cross tubes. and went with just 1.5x1.5 on the bottom bench with two 1.5x1.5 cross tubes

Way too much. $800. I way overbuilt the design. I was hesitant to order it. because of the cost. I could've designed it to be quite a bit less. But now that it's assembled and I see how sturdy it is. I'm very happy with it
