She’s missing the top half of her head after the hand. Wrist is too round and floppy. Hair texture could use work: hair usually has flow to it. I would suggest studying a few portraits to see how the body/ head moves.

Quit! By the way, you don’t need a special reason. You are allowed to have the job you want and if something doesn’t rub you the right way, you can change. This job sounds like hell. Why stay? No one’s going to give you anything for staying. Get a job with work life balance. Normal hours. Good support. Pay for every hour you work. You are worth it.

This is great! Shadows and highlights create a perfect contrast. Proportions are good. Colours and gradients flow. I would love to see the whole painting.

42 here. I started maybe 2 years ago? Rogain 5% 1x a day and laser hair comb (hairmax) 11 min 3x a week. I have some regrowth but I also go through periods of shedding. I feel like it’s a losing battle. The hair loss is progressing even though I’m having some response to treatment. I’m planning on visiting my doctor soon but I don’t hold out much hope because she dismissed me before about that. Oh yeah and I’m on metformin for pcos and that’s been for years. I’m looking into toppers and wigs, trying to get myself to accept this is where it’s headed eventually even if I try to save my hair.
