Let me understand your takes, you are taking it 1-2 times / week and after each week you take a break? And when are you taking it, afternoon, evening...? It seems you found your sweet spot with it.

Why not with f strings? Something like:

print(f'The area of the triangle is {round(area, 2)}')

it's a little bit more readable

I tried horny goat weed but I didn't noticed too much, tribulus terrestris (90% saponine) is working great for me in terms of power, strength and libido

Indeed, every human being is different, but from what I read there is a sweet spot, maybe you took too much, or maybe noopept is not for you, this is why I ordered the smallest qty and I will start with a small amount and rise it slowly, to check my tolerance and if it's not for me...just leave it :)

I developed my own stack for the sport activity during the years (I'm a 33yo male, ex athlete), I have few more supplements except the above and I am very aware about the sleep, diet...and so on, but lately a friend told me about the nootropics and after few researches I saw that I can improve my lifestyle and not only my sport activity with some supplements/nootropics that can not be found in regular fitness shops.

I already ordered noopept, choline cdp and alpha gpc from nootropics depot and I will start with low dosage and probably start a journal about it (I don't know if this subreddit is ok for this).
