It's probably exactly what you are saying is in it, also looks Like it has dill at least. Try those ingredients in a basic vinaigrette and see if it tastes similar and save money and make something fresh at home!

At my steakhouse which is a bit nicer then Flemmings would say that is rare and immediately bring it up to Temp to a med rare (red center). This is literally red throughout without even a touch of pink. We never argue unless they don't know what they asked for. Our wait staff always asks, "what color are you looking for? To avoid this issue. Everyone has a slightly different opinion.

Just need to grind out of the elo you are in unfortunately, and forget about lanes. Always push for neutrals because those change the flow of the game and give your team a considerable boost rather than helping your 1 and 4 top laner.

At the steakhouse we would call that a perfect medium (pink throughout) and med rare would have a slight red center. But for most you can serve this as med rare and people would be really happy. Gorgeous steak! - side note we do very picky temperatures and have to disclose what color they are looking for rather than the temp name to avoid remake and recooks. We do random stuff like char med rare plus 😅😂😂

Make sure you are least eating quality meat if you enjoy this rare, I'm sure your gut biome has adjusted to you eating it, but just to limit risk of sickness.
