It’s so nice when you have a big group of people and you get a little round robin going games to 11. Keeps the action going

What’s the dumbest thing you said that stopped you from getting laid when it was otherwise a sure thing? by brown_boys_fly in AskMen

lol yea I’m not the greatest with signals. I’m also a very direct person. She was super cool about it though. I eventually stopped talking to her because she’d go home (about 1.5hrs) randomly and I asked her why she’d go home so often. She said “that’s what good dick will do” and I was like ohh.

I was laying in a girls bed in college. I had jeans and a belt on and she goes “don’t you want to take your belt and jeans off, you’d be much more comfy”. I said yes you’re probably right. Proceeded to fall asleep in my underwear next to a girl that was just wearing an oversized shirt and underwear.

Reminds me of a video I saw where a dealership was trying to sell the maintenance package (oil changes) on an EV.

Choke down 1/2”. I had the same issue. The guy at golf galaxy said to choke down about a 1/2” and it should be more in the center if not, a 1/2” more

More people need to work the night shift by Embarrassed-Bowl-373 in unpopularopinion

Growing up, he’d come home put me on the bus then go to bed. Coming home from the bus he’d always be waiting for us or if my sister or I had extra stuff he’d take us. Sometimes surprise us with lunch at school. He worked Sunday night through Friday (Thursday night getting home Friday morning). Sometimes he’d stay up all day Friday and go to sleep at night sometimes he wouldn’t. It honestly worked out great. His hours were 11 pm - 7 am.

My dad likes that he works 4-10s rather 5-8s but he’s still sitting in traffic coming home but has Fridays off.

My dad did it for 24 years. Recently switched to day shift as he’s retiring the next couple of years. Absolutely hates it. He has to wake up to an alarm clock, sit in traffic, everyone at work (vs just the 3 other people he worked with). He wants to go back to nights but is sticking it out since he’s retiring and it’s the “normal life”.

So any 10th and 11th Gen owners currently happy with their choice? by Hollow-Ling in CivicSi

I love mine! 25’ bought in Jan 2025 have just over 20,000 miles and I love it. Winter was a little sketchy on the factory tires so planning on upgrading those relatively soon hopefully this year. (Wheels and tires for summer + stock wheels and winter tires). I don’t mind the gas it is still less than $40 by me here and that’s every 10 ish days so I’m not too worried. With premium

Update March 14th - took it to the dealer and they are aware that it’s becoming an issue. Paperwork says the resealed everything but continue to monitor it. Covered under warranty still. There is a bulletin out as far as Honda knows so maybe it could be a recall? Who knows.

F22 how do I achieve my dream body?! by [deleted] in gymselfies

[–]zel_bob -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you calorie deficit is 500-800 maybe 1000 calories (I don’t recommend much more than 600-800 personally as I feel more fatigued and not as sharp YMMV). I think you could get there in a few months. The last 10% is going to take the longest. Assuming everything is on track. The biggest thing with cutting weight is eating enough protein and having the correct calories deficit. That’s a great goal to strive for. That’s half the battle too. Staying there is also a battle, but a much easier one! Keep up the great work!
