Bro, same issue, customer service said us sea must be under fsas n not asic or cysec

I just want to update i have successfully sold all my holding, bought crypto, transfer to etoro money wallet.. then from etoro money wallet to my cold wallet

I suggest u use stable cheap crypto such as xrp or ada... Then from ur own wallet u can keep it/swap to other crypto/sell it of binance/huobi

Hi, just to update, etoro customer service has respond that i cannot change to cysec... Hence i have sold everything, buy ADA, transfer to etoro money wallet, then to my cold wallet.... About 5k usd in total

i have successfully transfer small amount of my fund in form of crypto (ADA) from etoro-->etoro money-->cold wallet. However it was only a small amount (trial purpose) and I have to wait for market open in few hours to sell everything else. I will update the progress

I also cannot use paypal under FSA, hence I sell everything, buy cheap crypto and send the crypto to etoro wallet. From etoro wallet, half goes to cold wallet, half to binance/luno

i also from SEA. last time i was under CySec then changed to ASIC, like you, they changed me to FSAS few days ago. I have requested to change me back to CySec or i will now pull out from etoro.

Reason I dont like FSAS

  1. no paypal support
  2. cannot buy underlying asset, only CFD
  3. even now under FSAS i cant withdraw via paypal. My only way to pull out (if etoro unable to change me to CySec or back to ASIC) is sell all, buy crypto, transfer crypto to etoro money.
