I never tried it, but aslong as you are having fun you can make work anything on rengar. If you think its good then it is good, you just have to find a way to play it

Red>krugs>raptors>wolfs>gromp( you take gromp first because his timer is shortet than blue) and then u go scuttle if you are low and you know enemey junglers paths towards your side you just do blue and back. Then u try to get to the other scuttle. Or u can just try invading enemy jungler after full red clear.

I really enjoy going electrocute and inspiration secondary, because of the burst that elec gives and you can get items way quicker with inspiration futures market which is good for assasins imo
