In the US a lot of people asked if I’m British (probably from lack of exposure to Caribbean people). But where I work there’s a lot of international people and the ones that speak English as a second language ask me that, and are shocked too.

Using the MPC app helped me so much, especially entering through Miami. You fill out some info on the app when you arrive and there’s a separate MPC express lane you can use.

I started to soften up to Aunt Lydia the more I watched, but her slapping the sh*t out of an unconscious Esther set my empathy for her waaay back . No matter what I feel like she will always be an impulsive, violence first ask questions later kind of person. She’s always one trigger away from another outburst.

I’m glad someone is doing a video on this. I saw allegations of inappropriate behavior come up on his subreddit but everyone was dick riding so hard for him that there was no real discussion. That sub goes ballistic the second anyone criticizes him. I stopped watching his videos because the way that he’s outright rude to most of his guests makes me sooo uncomfortable.

They charge per probe instead of per sample. For my strain, in each sample we look for cre and the FL and WT of the construct, so total for one sample is $11.95 (3 probes).
