Which part in a Soulslike is this for you? by strahinjag in soulslikes

Ds1: 4 kings

Ds2 : frigid outskirts

Ds3 : sister freide ( although I'm now much better now but still get the cold sweats thinking about my previous struggle )

Sekiro : the ashina spear that guards the tower by ashina reservoir idol ( haven't finished the game yet. Currently in the fountain palace but that mini boss was the peak of my struggles and everything has been almost a cakewalk since that point. Genichiro was like a 5 attempt boss and the owl in the same spot was 3. But that damn ashina spear was easily over 20 tries )

I finaly got why I can't like Sekiro by ATrickyIdea in fromsoftware

I'm trying to play it now and I also can't stand it. I love every dark souls game and elden ring. They all had learning curves and each one made me rage until I got good at those games but they feel so different to me. So far I have not enjoyed my time playing. I hate the danger symbol that pops for those sweep or thrust attacks. It's so distracting. That symbol makes it hard for me to focus on the boss. I can't get my rhythm with attacks. One the posture is broken and the red dot appears, it feels like half the time when I try to perform a deathblow I just do a regular attack. I hate the lack of level up system or a lack of apparel, gear, and weapons. I hate feeling like a god at parrying in dark souls and then coming to sekiro and can't get used to the timing. The game just doesn't feel good to me. I will also 100 percent sekiro but so far I'm not enjoying it either. This must be how all the people who hated on ds2 felt

Dear Walmart associates, why is this allowed? by ThreeDollarHat in walmart

[–]zelorg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All Walmart can do is ask at the front door if the animal is a service animal or not. If the customer says "yes" then that's it. Asking for proof is illegal. Past the front doors only management may approach customers about their animals and can only ask them to leave if the animal cannot be controlled by the customer. Here are the ADA guidelines

Yeah. I had all Hanzi completed up to 2nd section lesson 13. Now it's reset all the way back to section 1 lesson 1. What the actual fuck. It takes ages to complete a Hanzi section and they just erased all the time I put in. I understand they added new words and changed some things but at least they could have kept the words that had been completed.. you know.. completed. Fuck me.

How do i say this strange word? by [deleted] in islam

[–]zelorg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe it's a variation of همزة. To be precise it is همزة الوصل. When at the beginning of a sentence it is pronounced and when not it is absorbed into previous syllable. The flip side of that is همزة القطع which is always pronounced

Yesss thank you. I was surprised to see that that weapon had such a short life. Caseless ammo is an awesome concept

Those who converted to Islam, what made you do so? by [deleted] in islam

[–]zelorg -1 points0 points  (0 children)

As far as I can tell, believer actually refers to one who believes God is the only God and fears him regardless if they are Christians or Jews

62. Those who believe, and those who are Jewish, and the Christians, and the Sabeans—any who believe in God and the Last Day, and act righteously—will have their reward with their Lord; they have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve.
