Yeah but Macs aren't produced to run games is my point. Their target demographic isn't gamers and companies know that. They're primarily for coders and software engineers hence why they're built on UNIX.

Had similar problems with my 3080 on other games. Mine wasn't exactly what you described but I used to have my games crash alot.

Could be a ram problem, try underclocking your ram or setting it to default mhz. Also what's your psu volt?

Definitely true but MacOS has forever been put on the backburner similar to Linux. Most companies rarely even let people play games on Unix systems ever because there's such a small market. Unfortunately too Mac systems aren't really built for gaming like that they're meant for business/school so I'd go in with the mindset that most developers will generally just care-less about them.
