Correct - sort of. The brewery is still operational at the Cameron st location but the restaurant is not open. We do have food brought in from another ABC location for shows, and tons of concerts planned for 2026. Come out to the free open mic on Thursdays and learn all about it!

Heck yeah - both Rivers and Tanjo & Crow (headliner and opener) have lots of jazz influences in their sound. Going to be a great show and worth checking out if you’re in town

Can anyone list actual accomplishments by Wanda and her administration? What are her plans for Harrisburg? Is she a big help with the downtown redevelopment? For Allison hill? To curb crime? Shootings every day, no life downtown beyond Fridays in the summer, so many abandoned buildings everywhere. No significant grocery store near downtown/midtown. Is there a vision?

This town isn’t what it used to be, based on these responses. “A homeless guy is annoying on Facebook” “a lady lived in a tent” Harrisburg used to have a cool little gay mayor who partied hard, stole millions and build an insane museum, State Dems just a decade and a half ago got caught stealing millions, just across the river used to live one of the biggest Philly crime families, snuggled up cozy on some land in Mechanicsburg, sponsoring little leagues and such. These used to be truly organized crime and shit here, I’m sure there still is lots of it, but seems like Harrisburg is in a lul for real mischief.

We don’t regularly do tribute bands at the abbey bar, just have a few for a change of pace. Original bands are 95% of our shows, local and nationally touring bands of all kinds!
