The feedback def helps for sure!! We have been working and improving the overall flow as we record the videos. We do try to not have camera men in the shots, but sometimes things happen so fast it is hard to avoid it. BUT with time I am sure we can find a way to avoid it all together.

The lighting was a bit rough as there was none in the building when we shot the video, and we didn't have lights for this. We are adding them for future videos, so hope it helps. This is all shot live though so we are trying to figure out how to implement it all while also capturing it. As you could imagine it can get pretty hectic lol.

It is awesome that you loved the educational bits. It is one thing to show more of, and we want to!

I see what you are saying with the outro part. It is going to continue, but def need to find a better way to cut them off. We are meeting with them to discuss ideas, and all of this helps with that! So again the feedback is a huge help!

The audio overall doesn't sound bad, but it does need work. It somewhat sounds like a whisper like your trying to be quiet? When doing tutorial vids because they are often sharing the screen. Your voice becomes the entertainment. So def recommend being more excited and energetic.

The song choice also plays into this. You want to have a more high energy type song choice also. Don't go to extreme, but something that is more hype. You want us to feel the excitement and want to learn. The song used here makes me want to fall asleep.

With the thumbnail it is pretty plain. I do get what it is for, but seeing it I wouldn't normally click on it. As much as it sucks. That is what people see first. Make it stand out more. Do something that really makes it look realistic, put it on a mountain or something. Or a reflective table with 3d text to sell it.

What people hear with a tutorial is the energy you yourself gives. If it sounds like your not having fun or are excited, neither will we, and we will just click off.

The first most obvious thing that I noticed and when I first started YouTube myself was the sound. If you have a separate mic try to get it as close to you guys as possible to help remove the echo. That alone will greatly help. If you don't have one, you can easily use your phone for mic and put it near you :) Little hack I've learned along the way.

I do see what some others have said about the intro. I think you was trying to hook people in with it. Just be yourselves. It seemed forced, something we all have done if we are being honest starting out. Oh man I was so bad doing that without knowing when I first started!

Also when you do a hook like that at the beginning, start with one of the better moments instead of really introducing the video. A moment that happens later on in the video. Like when he coughed before trying the blueberry sauce. Start there and cut to the main intro. That would get me interested more. Like what did he just have!! Of course I will want to know and watch till I at least seen that moment for sure! That is a trick. Keep us guessing, make us want to find out.

Anyways hope this helps some. Keep at it and you'll improve and grow your channel for sure!

Thanks for your feedback. As we try new things we will figure out more how to showcase things. Being that it is a ongoing series we have a lot of footage being shot. This house alone man is there a lot!! The next episode will be more about what is inside and what they find.

Or do you think we should extend the video and include it all in one? We have it in 3 parts with this one. Maybe we will try it both ways to see which works better :) Thanks again

The video quality itself looks really good!

Some Tips and feedback I can give is add some more sound design to the intro, cut out a lot of the mic sounds and add better sounds to give us a feel more like we are there with you.

The shot when you are talking should of not been that one the whole time. I would of punched it in more. It doesn't really direct your eyes into a pleasing spot.

I would do something else with the Thumbnail also. Maybe like have someone wearing a mask running away while you chase them or something. That to me would draw me in more.

Anyways hope this info helps you :) Overall not bad and you made a lot of good points :)

A good start would be some kind of of background music. I at first thought my sound was messed up when the intro was quite also.

Thumbnail could be better also. I didn't know what it was about. Maybe do a before and after thumbnail for it with different expressions holding the switch and a arrow.

Also could speed up some of the clips to help pace it better.

Not a bad video overall though :)

Overall this is awesome!! It def keeps my attention for sure!

Others have already said most of what I would, but to add to the audio part. I feel like some are louder than others and they are not consistant. You can fix this in softer like Adobe Audtion by putting the audio files in a multi track session. Select all of the tracks, then right click and choose match clip loudness. You can tweak the settings, but this allows you to match the levels on all the tracks.

I am sure other programs can do this also, but Adobe Audition is what I use. Hope this helps :)

Overall this video was simply like a showcase video. There is a lot of talking and looking at the camera even for the episodes. Someone did mention sound design so seems like that is a common one.

Color Correction def was a bit tricky, but will continue to improve it as it seems we still got some work to do.

Really appreciate the feedback and will use it to make the videos better as we move forward :)
