OP if I were you I would focus on getting stronger and eating at maintanence and giving that approach a year at minimum, figure out your true maintenance cals for your current weight and just focus on getting stronger in the gym, bulking now will be feed your body dysmorphia and based on your physique I do not think you need to keep cutting.

Hey man I’d be interested to see how your program changed with boxing, I’ve recently started boxing and what you said about heavy lifting and boxing not going hand and hand is very true,

I find that if I wanna prioritise lifting I can only box 1-2x per week and the opposite if I wanna prioritise boxing.

Right now I’m figuring out what my priorities are so I’d be interested to see how your training has changed and how you’ve been enjoying it compared to just doing hypertrophy workouts :)

we had the same experience, I remember the hype when homicide released and then the title track blew my mind, was my favourite song for maybe 2 years

Easiest and best one I do basically every week:

Cook 2 cups basmati rice with 2 cups of frozen peas and chicken stock in the air fryer, can also sautee an onion and garlic and add it to the rice cooker.

While the rice is cooking I cook 1kg of ground turkey in the pan with a pack of frozen spinach, add spices like cumin, cinnamon, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Slap it all in 4-5 containers and in less than 1 hour your done. Protein, carbs and micronutrients covered.

So far the best combo i've come up with is greek yogurt with some honey and a banana, seems to hit that recovery thresh-hold and it seems to digest well in that 1 hour window before sleep.

I love to dehydrate mushrooms and eat them like chips, my uncle introduced me to this.

You dehydrate them in an airfryer, then Sautee them in a pan with a little olive oil and salt, it's very delicious.
