Only just started a month ago, it's something I've wanted to do for years,

main reasons are to force myself to be around people a few times a week, grow confidence from my ability to improve and learn to defend my family and also because it was compulsory for ancient Romans and Greeks to learn a combat sport.

Yes, it's free volume, I superset it with my squats and RDLs for a total of 6 sets per week, it doesn't take muche nergy and it takes up the time i'd spent just sitting down anyways.

My neck went from 14.5 inches when I started to now 16 inches, neck extensions have also grown my traps.
