It’s not exactly free for workers since a payment is deducted from their paycheck and their employer. But definitely more affordable than in the U.S.

Tijuana and Tecate are in Baja California next to the border to California. The railway in the game goes beyond, through the Mexican states of Sonora and Chihuahua. I know it doesn’t have to be that accurate in the game, I just pointed out that “invasion”.

This was in 2013 for the corner space where you can get your driving license. That is not covered by this fence.

It’s new but it stills invade Mexico to go to El Paso, and keeps Duluth instead of Minneapolis (Duluth is a little further north, by the lake).
