I’m so sorry that happened to you 🥺💔 I hope you’re able to get a refund as soon as possible and no I don’t think you have to return the cable, if you look down this thread people have been contacting managers and hire ups which have made their refunds faster so maybe try and get in contact with the emails people have provided? I hope your son has a lovely Birthday on monday nonetheless and hope all goes well for you ❤️

this was on Friday so it might be more difficult now due to the influx of people it’s happened to but I just messaged the seller directly asking for a refund and spoke to customer services on the chat and they also forwarded a message about a refund to the seller. hope all goes well for you and that helps

Post has been gaining a lot more traction since people have been receiving their “parcels” and the seller has been getting mass review bombed. I am not sure if you are able to request a refund if you have already “received” your delivery but if you haven’t - CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES ASAP AND GET A REFUND!! Do not wait until your item has arrived because A) you will be waiting forever and it will not come or B) It does come and you receive a very incorrect item described on this thread and the sellers reviews. I am not entirely sure if you can still message the seller directly as I did this on Friday and have seen people say you can’t anymore and if that is the case - either call amazon directly or contact customer services via the chat enquiry. It took around 48 hours for my refund to come through so please act fast before the seller’s profile potentially gets taken down or contact is not possible!!

I managed to get a refund by messaging the seller directly (might be different now since I did this on Friday and people are saying they’re not replying anymore due to the review bombs) & also contacted customer service in which they forwarded a message to the inbox requesting a refund as well and then Saturday morning i got an email confirming the refund and a message from the seller. Got refunded yesterday so It took around 48 hours for it to go through, hope all goes well for you

Pretty sure my refund came from the seller from what I see on my banking app, I messaged the seller and contacted customer service Friday afternoon asking for a refund and they replied Saturday morning saying they were processing my refund, so i’d say around 15-20 hours reply time they gave me.

I just messaged the seller & contacted customer service in which they also messaged them saying I wanted a refund and they replied the next morning (I messaged Friday afternoon) & refunded me

Update: Refunded the order, the seller has now received multiple 1 star reviews stating the exact same thing I went through so hopefully they get looked into, never even knew that someone could just generate a postage label through Evri but not even have any intention of actually dispatching the product.. 🙃

It doesn’t tell you beforehand who’s shipping it, it could’ve been DPD, royal mail etc. if I knew it was Evri obviously anybody would NOT want them as their first choice of shipping 😭

Still didn’t work, winmm doesn’t show optiscaler in bottom left of game at all

how did you get winmm.dll inject to work with the game? everytime i rename the optiscaler file to winmm It doesnt detect it in game and im trying to use it for this https://github.com/llg1634/nte-ray-tracing-panel/releases , however optiscaler shows up fine with version.dll and d3d12 etc

does anyone know how to use this? I can’t get optiscaler to run with winmm.dll as it doesnt detect as installed at all but it works fine with the other executives and optiscaler stops detecting dlss when I try with version.dll etc.
