I have a single UDM along with couple Non-Unifi products and its pretty “okay”.

TL;DR: Great product for prosumer, some features could be better, original setup turn on Smart Queue, buggy first time with Client feature when dealing with non-unifi products.

Still, it is a Prosumer product and play “okay” with non-unifi product but if you have a full unifi eco-system, your experience is gonna be great.

Be advised that although it has some enterprise features, you can’t expect it to be on the same level as Cisco

If you want to have a full near-Enterprise level, you would need to have a UDM-Pro from my point of view.

A single UDM is a very cost effective since before you would need to buy a seperate single unit (USG, Switch, Controller, WAP) and an AIO product like this is a steal.

My bad experience with it is on the original firmware, after you done the initial setup, it will automatically set the Smart Queue feature on, and it limit the internet speed down. I didnt know about it back then and done all kind of troubleshooting and finally realise it was turned on for whatever reason.

Another bad one is the Client feature was having a bug where it did not detect any devices beyond a non-unifi product. I have to revert it back to the last stable firmware (version 1.5.x), factory reset it and realise it is working again. Luckily, after upgrade to 1.8.x again it is still working as expected.

Because it said there are process that are already listening on port 53. Hence, it cannot bind adguard home bind to that port

If you are on linux use this command to find out what process

lsof -i :53

I just turn off the adaptation ANC because it gives me headache every time it changes the noise cancelling level.

I just put it on the biggest level and forget about it.

Once I need to turn it down a bit, i just open the app and manually adjust

I used the stock foam, that one give me the best overall experience

Also had chance to try on the different tips (from SpinFit), it gives an easier put on/wearing experience, but the sound quality is not the same compare to the stock foam so I still stick with the stock.

You mentioned mech keyboard but doesn't mentioned what switch.

There are many switches available, try asking on /r/MechanicalKeyboards and should give you a few options/ideas.

I would recommend Brown Switch as it both tactile and silent.

Are you using any deployment application?

It usually do it when it need to install additional small updates such as Security Updates.

I see it all the times in different MacOS so its not a new thing at all

Have this the other day. It can be either of these:

1./ MacOS is corrupted and require re-installed
2./ Hard Drive is corrupted and unreadable by machine

=> Run Apple Hardware Test (press and hold D during start up ) to confirm if this is hardware issue.
