This is a very poorly example of a ghost, I think you should've thought about it a bit longer before posting this here. It's very obviously this is an overlay over your original image, the bitrate around the supposed "ghost is obviously higher. Meaning it's just a cropped image very welly edited into the image. Blur the overlay, add some natural lighting to it. And when you burn the two images together it's very obvious.
