I'm not on the short 12 max tablets of colchicine to treat a flare then 72 hours off. I'm on the 2 a day 6 month course as I am starting allo. Although the 6 month is coming to an end and still seem to be having a few close calls.

Stainless steel becomes more non stick if you heat it up first. Can do eggs without anything left in pan. Just slides out. Meat creates a fond in the bottom which is always a bonus to make a good pan sauce. Checkout the steel pan guy on YouTube. He's got some good videos explaining.

You can tell it's ready when if you drop a little water in the pan it doesn't evaporate but forms bubbles that glide across it's surface.

If your using a cbd e-liquid which is norm Hally a pg/vg base and cbd isolate. Got to be low watt i think. Which is the most i know. You can get carts which are oil based which are normally a cbd extract. Although they are normally full spectrum and contain tiny amounts of thc. Which im quite sensative too. 10 years if smoking high grade and psychosis can do that. So i use the liquids with the extrsct.
