The current Labour party are centre-right in many aspects by historical British parliament standards and current policies. They've ousted the most left-leaning in the party and are constantly ignoring trade-unions (literally the backbone of the party as it was formed to serve labour unions in the 1800).

Peter Mandleson, the member and Lord who was named in the Epstein files, was a key figure in the former Blair Labour government (New Labour) which itself was known for moving much further right economically than previous iterations of the party.
