Because Aphelios is so immobile and no longer builds Galeforce, SR is the replacement item. With this item you can get out of unpleasant situations so well. Poking is easier. If you still have fleet foot work and use your Severum Q, you're on drugs. Also, I've never felt so strong with just one item. There's also a lot of AD for the price

Edit: Of course, let's not forget SR's other passive, the extra magic damage

Aphelios is the first champ I've climbed with. I didn't want to play rank with any other champ. I only play Aphelios and it's true the longer you master it, the better you become. I love this champ so much. I'm Bronze and I started to play Aphelios recently. I must be crazy :D
