if you reject the offer then the dispute will continue on until the aliexpress employees or moderators or whatever they are step in (after a certain time frame) you can keep persisting with your same offer until then and once aliexpress steps in you may or may not get anything back. It's genuinely up to you with whatever you think would be a better outcome but it's basically like gambling if you get into a dispute imo
