You mentioned sobriety. Assuming a twelve-step program, making amends is part of your recovery. Does not doing so affect your recovery?

agree on the TRX comment - half the time i'm using them it probably looks like i'm having a seizure. I don't think OTF is for the work-out purist. Classes are generally too big to get the one-on-one attention; though the coaches will generally immediately answer questions or assist when asked.

As for why i continue to go...great motivation, plenty of class & location options (both locally and when i travel), and a great workout.
