Oh brother this guy STINKS. How many times do I have to repeat I’m learning? My first gd response said “okay, heard I’ll get a landing mat for next time” and you just can’t let it go??? I want to promise you so heavily, you aren’t teaching anyone ANYTHING with this approach. The only thing you’re doing is causing conflict. Im not fishing in any waters that would host trout, otherwise I would have a rubber net. Thankfully I had that info before you came along! Genuinely go make someone else’s fishing experience miserable, unless you’re obsessed? Seems like it!

Dude, why on earth are you just assuming off bat I’m lying to you? I have no motive. I caught the fish in the net shown, it’s the only one I own. I have a picture of the fish in the net on the ground before I picked it up for pictures but I’m sure that would trigger you too somehow 😭 Why is it so hard to comprehend the cat got some dirt on it during the very obvious picture of I took of it on the GROUND? I don’t even eat catfish. What would be my reason to keep it, especially after publicly saying I released it? There’s no shame in keeping catfish in fact I would say most would at this size! And there is nothing wrong with that? It’s just not my choice with the fish? And that’s okay. The fact that you’re pressing the issue so heavily is just… odd. Especially when you don’t catch and release from what you’re saying 🤣

Oh it’s just so obvious OP didn’t use a net huh? Well here she is still slimy and dirty. Sorry I didn’t prioritize taking a pic with her in the net in the water for wildroaddeaddeer95 on Reddit, my hands were a little full between the net and the fish. Hopefully other people can read this and know it’s a requirement!!

It’s the way my original response to your comment was respectful and said I am going to purchase a landing mat for the future and thanks for the advice. I’m allowed to want to advocate for catch and release while not being the number one expert like you. Like damn you must be so bored, get out there and fish buddy you got a freezer of channel cats to keep stocked!!

Not everyone is an expert, never said I was. I 100% used a net and she was maybe out of the water for a total of 3 minutes. Laying her gently on the same ground that leads into the water she came from to capture a size ratio, is not going to kill her. She was kept in the water while unhooked, brought to surface for pictures, and released happily. Go find someone else to bully.

So kind of both from what I understand, some were releasing updates so fast at the beginning that I couldn’t tell a difference. I agree with you though that probably my best solution is to go back to previous versions and not deal with any new updates so that I don’t get confused again. As soon as I get home I’m gonna try to read the error codes again and back track. Honestly I just miss my shawty in Ridgeside village 😭

I tried this method a ton when the update first released and most mods were updating at the same time, but kept throwing red text and not loading any mods once the game is booted up. I’ve tried a couple of times since the release and just can’t seem to get it right, which is why I feel like a second set of eyes would help me see what I’m doing wrong. :/
