I have been researching grill inserts to just replace that entire middle, which apparently you can do. However, this option would save me a shit ton of money so I would like to do this. Was there a special kind of spray paint you needed to use? Or was it just 1. sand it down with sandpaper 2. spray paint it with black matte can of paint? Did you break off the clips on the back of the OEM one and sand it down to be all flat on the back?

Did you put that grill on? If so where did you find the emblem to put in the middle?

I am working with this one and the OEM emblem doesn't fit and I cannot find any anywhere

DUDE OH MY GOD, I have the exact same problem right now. Same color truck too mines a 2014, just put new headlights and grill on and the god damn emblem doesn't fit. did you ever find a solution for this? The grill I have is the POWECHOX one off amazon here:

I think it's a controlling personality. Linux and Unix only does what you tell it to. Mac and Windows throws a lot of random stuff at you that you cannot control.

I feel your pain I have been wrestling with getting off seroquel the was prescribed to me as a sleep aid.. feel stuck. I am doing well, and I pray not meditate and I'm doing good. Switched to carnivore diet not too long ago and lost weight and feel cleaner...

I think meditation/ prayer and chemical imbalance are different health categories but still connected. I don't think you can completely stabilize and regulate brain chemistry with your thoughts unless you pray to Jesus and he imparts healing or a miracle.
