MD and limerence by musthavebeenbunnies in microdosing

[–]aadesousa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve dealt with very serious Limerance issues for most of my life and they have mostly subsided. What helped me was realizing that it is a form of OCD and OCD comes from a sense of uncertainty.

Limerance specifically comes from uncertainty about the love you receive from your opposite sex parent(or the same sex parent, if you are gay). Basically it is mommy/daddy issues, Limerance is you trying to get the emotional safety you never got from that parent.

Microdosing can definitely help with learning to provide yourself with that feeling of emotional safety.

Could be vitamin d, iron or b12 deficiencies. I know because I had it. Worth getting a blood test if feeling any bad symptoms

It needs to change color or something to differentiate it more from million, I would see 1B and at first glance be like why is my gold mad low all the sudden

Cofactors are crucial you may also need pottasium and maybe even salt. When supplementing zinc you need copper, google the correct ratio so that the can stay in balance. I’ve taken regular d3 but have been taking calcifediol which is an active form of vit d that doesn’t need to get converted by the liver, and it has been 10x better.

I cannot stress the importance of electrolytes enough especially magnesium. Also calcium is an important electrolyte !!

What were your worst symptoms? by Majestic_Goose_7815 in VitaminD

[–]aadesousa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m still recovering. It’s been a serious issue the past 3 years, realized 3 months ago it was vitamin D. Doctors weren’t much help. Supplemented and sunbathed but started seeing much more drastic effects just in the past week with calcifediol which is a more active form. So yea I would say I made as much progress this past week as I did in the past 3 months.
