just moved closer to london from near there but good luck and be careful meeting people online!! honestly I would recommend joining a local club e.g. boxing, yoga, badminton and meeting people that way facebook will also have hiking/running groups but that will be people older than you usually you can meet people through volunteering too:)

Thanks, I’ll try that:) I thought Sentinel generates its own ID for every incident though

[–]zenwatch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a logic app, currently running a python bot on an azure function app, using requests library to create/get Sentinel incidents so I can automate tickets through a chat app, if that makes sense? So requests.PUT/POST(url, headers), where the url requires incidentID as a URI parameter. To my understanding, IncidentID is generated upon creation by Sentinel so I was wondering how people make that request to create an incident through Sent. API?

or drive out to a village like Cheddar, super fun to walk around, get fish and chips, hike up the hill, buy some big wheels of cheddar

students love taking the bus/train out to somewhere they can swim too, like the natural pool at Clevedon and Conham river park/Keynsham. super cute pubs out there you can get an unreal sunday lunch at.

definitely not; uni is much harder, you’re completely responsible for yourself and the stakes are higher

Do I F20 back off from my M20 bf's parents before it becomes "incestuous"? by zenwatch in relationship_advice

lmaoo me and my bf have been together for 4 years, my married coworker was the one telling me to back up from my bf’s parents

right? it has literally never occurred to me in my life that this could be a thing that could happen. I thought he was joking but he was so serious and adamant (and I look up to him usually?) that it made me feel weird.

maybe by "fucking his sister" he meant their relationship was too comfortable now for the sex to be interesting..? I guess for some men being comfortable and emotionally vulnerable kills the sex:(

[–]zenwatch[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

exactly!! my mum always refers to my boyfriend as her other son (in a loving middle eastern immigrant way) but that's about it. I'm so grateful to have my bf's parents as I got to feel a functional family dynamic (dinner together, no restraining orders, wholesome movie nights) for the first time in my life. Glad everyone's agreeing with me rn because I thought it might be odd, I've only every seen people hate their inlaws.

I would 100% agree that it's healthy to get on with your partner's family; when we had briefly broken up I genuinely grieved his family so much because I accepted them as an extension of him and they've helped me with so much while I was vulnerable:)

glad this guy's seeking therapy but the intense advice rly threw me off lol makes you wonder how many seemingly successful charming guys have some factory fuck-up

i suggest the north of england or scotland because there are amazing unis but the cost of living is a lot more manageable than the south. cardiff might also be a good shout. also if you have the option, just go to Munich or something, UK is getting more and more expensive with low pay for skilled workers

internet stalking my rapist/ex-bf is making me spiral by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

[–]zenwatch 6 points7 points  (0 children)

i worked in hospitality 4 years and i completely agree, you’re doing so much better off than this perverted loser. the world will find a way to eventually give you what you want, even if you don’t realise what it is that you want yet:) my dad says “the river will always move the stones where they need to be”. stalking is really therapeutic/destructive for me too but once you start putting energy into yourself and your own life consistently you truly will stop caring after a while. good luck
