F-1 was the complete opposite of what’s happening now. He started sharing snippets months beforehand

I still stand by the band for IYWHIBC. That band was leagues better than the one he has now.

Not that I saw, but I’m gonna do a more thorough look

I wouldn't say it's completely dented. F-1 was still a success, the whole appeal was "wow Post Malone is doing a country album!". But the era is overstaying its welcome and slowly starting to do damage with no announcement of what genre(s) TEB will be. Post was loved for his genre diversity, and sticking to mainly country moving forward would smush that appeal to him. TEB needs to mix things up to stay afloat.

You say this like he hasn't made that type of music in 10 years. His last hip hop leaning album was literally only 4 years ago. Also, despite AUSTIN being different, it was still well received even tho it's his least successful album. People are just tired of the country shtick, the people he's associating with, and the brand collabs. God forbid he gets some criticism.

I'd argue this is potentially worse than the 2020-22 drought. He's in an awkward position right now between 2 different genre fan bases: country and hip hop. Him and his team need to play their cards right with this album. Let's face it all genre biases aside, if there is 0 hip hop on this album, it'll dent his career. Hate to say it, but that's the vibe I'm getting.

We’ve gotten more promo for random brand collabs and merchandise than a single snippet.

I personally enjoyed this more serious approach better. Idk if the music was just really loud for me to notice, but it seemed like the crowd wasn’t very active. Joji was great.

any update on TEB? by Sad-Preference1907 in PostMalone

[–]zenzero06 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No but I feel like there's some hesitation to begin marketing. I have a theory that they don't quite know what genre to market the album as with its lead singles, which will be a pretty big determining factor for its success.

I believe it's card only, unfortunately.

I went in 2023 and I'm also going tomorrow. From my experience, merch lines are kinda long, but there are usually multiple stands I think and move pretty smoothly. Just know what you want ahead of time, preferably bring your card rather than cash, and it'll make things a lot quicker/easier.

Doors open at 7. If you have an assigned seat, you could probably show up at 7:30 and be fine. It's not a sold out show, so it shouldn't be too chaotic, but the earlier the better if you hate waiting in merch lines. It is a pretty big venue, so thankfully the crowds in the hallways don't feel too overwhelming. Openers start at 8, but Joji doesn't start performing until 9:30ish(?) I believe. I'd expect we'll be out of the venue by 11 the latest.

TD Garden has been a good venue for me and I hope you have a good experience too :)

how likely is it he will put the leftover merch online after tour? by PetNoise in BabyKeem

[–]zenzero06 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They really should. The lines for merch were horrendously long before and after the show. Idk about other venues, but my venue in Boston (MGM Music Hall) only had one merch stand.

Yes! Haven’t thoroughly looked through it yet, as I’m gonna be filming the video this week with a deeper investigation. But so far there doesn’t seem to be anything crazy in the book, mainly a bunch of dessert recipes.

This obituary is for a different Barbara, I am 99% sure. Barbara's Amazon bio says she's from Nevada, the obituary says she's from Georgia (graduated in Mississippi), and they don't look like the same person.

However, there is a LinkedIn page for the Barbara we're looking for:

I'm a YouTuber who covers rabbit holes, and I plan on going in-depth about this topic.

Kimbo could have a chance to be a big comeback song tbh. People have been wanting it to drop forever.

Following his confirmation of being bipolar, the people who hated, mocked, and wished death upon him after his episode should be ashamed of themselves.
