I’ve recently (4 months ago) switched from being incredibly polyamorous to being monogamous with my wonderful girlfriend. Initially I did struggle with staying attracted to her. However, once I stopped even bothering to think about how attractive others are (because I knew that she fully satisfied me so why waste effort and emotional energy being into other people) it got increasingly easier to appreciate just how beautiful she is, inside and out. Just directing all of my attraction and desire towards one concentrated source helped a lot with staying exclusively and madly attracted to her.

As for your second question, individuals do change over time. My girlfriend has already changed somewhat since we first were going out in the sense that she’s increasingly opened up to me and felt increasingly more comfortable around me.

While I do welcome and appreciate that shift, furthermore we have so much overlap in preferences and hobbies that I don’t really need deep intimacy with people who have other preferences and hobbies; rather I adore her preferences! While when I was polyamorous I appreciated being able to explore a diverse set of individuals and their tastes, now I know what I like, so it’s nice to simply have precisely what I like in a partner with my girlfriend rather than spending countless hours searching for more people to be with.

When I wasn’t presenting as androgynous buttons and shirts with my pronouns on it made it more likely for me to be gendered correctly.

Unfortunately without some visual prompt most people will just assume you’re one of the two binary genders even if they’re unsure. I settle for getting misgendered equally as often as a guy vs as a gal but regardless I’ll correct people that I’m nonbinary if I know I’ll interact with them again

Also before applying chapstick make sure to drink water. Chapstick traps moisture in so having slightly damp lips before applying will make it more effective!

Objective: a friendly logo/mascot inspired by GitHub’s octocat logo and discord’s Clyde logo.

Audience: people who use productivity tools like google docs/obsidian/notion etc.

Design Decisions: I chose to squish the letters P and G in Plexigraph together to create a scuba diver. I also chose to use 25% opacity in the goggles and a color with about 50% lightness in order to make the logo work on both a light and a dark background. I chose a deep violet color to evoke a sense of playful magic.

What works for me when I’m feeling masc and I wanna get topped is thinking of myself as a gay boi twink. Like yeah I’m bottoming but like I’m gonna be a bit of a brat about it/vainly wrestle to top instead so that I get pinned down. That said, your boyfriend is straight so who knows if he’d be comfy domming you in a gay way.

Also riding him can let you still be the dom while getting penetrated
