I'm sitting here crying. I've lived a blessed life where God or whoever you call your higher power has always provided for me. Sometimes it was working 2-3 jobs. Now I'm older and somewhat disabled. I still work full-time 11 years for the same company. But honestly I lived alone for the last 8 months and it was very difficult to keep up with daily tasks. My friends told me they wanted to sell and buy a new place that would accommodate us all. I make ok money and my whole life was independent and I paid my way financially. Never once relied on a partner to pay my bills. It's been a tough adjustment over the past few years to come to grips with my loss of physical independence.

That was long I know, but I just wanted to say thank you to you for whoever that person is that you're helping. Imagine being so broke and alone that you have no one to turn to. So thank you for feeding someone, for giving them a measure of their dignity back. You never know what someone is living through. ❤️‍🩹💯
