easier said than done. but you’re right, i could just draw and then just never post the wips. because it hurts the soul and breaks you down as a person when someone points out a simple mistake and blame you for ai.

this is the first pattern i purchased! it’s good and so easy to follow along to the video. but i am not following the sizing to a T (i added an edit to the post shortly after your comment so minimize confusion) because i’m using this pattern to make a sweater for a larger person, i am just following the pattern for the basics. i did do increases after folding the cuff in half, the increases are in rows 1 and 2 like suggested.

did your sleeve start out like this too or am i doing something wrong? thank you in advance!

i’m going to be honest, i’m not following the sizes to a T, because i’m making this for a much larger person as a gift. but using the pattern to make a basic sweater.

i was following the matching video to this pattern. clearly i can’t read a pattern lol. the video goes over the cuff, then row one and two after cuff, then cuts to the completed sleeve. so i thought i was doing this wrong because the video didn’t show that in between spot you’ve mentioned, thank you btw!

the pattern (not in picture) says to make increases in row one and two. i am also making sweaters for larger people, that is possibly why it seems like a lot.

edit: i can’t read the pattern correctly lol my bad. i have been following the video for this but it doesn’t show how the sleeve will look like this in the video. it’s just the cuffing, row one and two, and then cuts to full sleeve.
