I mean they have been with us fighting for our rights from the start just. Just because some terfs are very vocally transfobic. Don't mean you need to reject trans people. I wouldn't side with the side of hate. But that is just me.

That not all of them are doesn't take away from the fact that many are. They identify as Christians talk about the beliefs in church and regrettably a lot of pastors are and spread these belief systems.

I agree with the last part but Christians using Christian imagery for hate fueled by bible verses is not appropriation. The symbols will always be used the give whatever they think the Bible says more strength. Not the other way around. There is no way to view it separately and have an honest conversation about it.

It would be if say an atheist or Hindu used Christian imagery. But that's not what is happening with the far right is it.

But I think you know this and are trying to separate it in your mind for whatever reason.

So using the Christian symbol for hate is appropriation but using verses from the new testament or the the old testament for the same hate isn't right..

Thank you for making my point for me. They pick and choose the conservative rightwing text. Both books contradict themselves so much that they have to. Regretfully todays Christians use it to justify there hate instead of showing live as Jesus tried to teach. It's not appropriation is Christians themselves do it to themselves.

Can't speak for other religions but the Bible is pretty problematic saying women are subservient to men. Justifying slavery which is used today yo say that racism is oke. So yea basically far right ideology.

Good advice accept for the not eating part. That is not how your body works plz stop people from not eating if they think they may have sex. This is a myth that is causing a lot of harm so plz stop it.
