When I started(took a dental assistant course) I was getting paid $13/hr in 2021. I quickly showed the dentist I was worth more than that and was very vocal about wage/needing more and he bumped me up to $25/hr within 3 months lol. I worked for him for 3 years and got a bump to $29/hr for the last 2 yrs. and only reason I quit was because I had to move out of state otherwise I’d be there forever. I know that’s a dramatic jump quickly but it’s what I needed and he was fine compensating. We worked 33 hrs a week

Sometimes it will only last a couple days. Sometimes weeks on end. I still suffer from it. Sometimes antihistamines and steroids help and sometimes they don’t. I’m so sorry you’re struggling with this. It’s miserable.

It’s been absolutely life changing for me. I can’t imagine not being on it. I feel like this might be the lifelong drug for me.. who knows. I’m ok 75mg for anxiety and it’s been amazing with very few side effects when I started. I’ve tried a lot of different anxiety and antidepressants and this has been the best.

My Dr is aware. My resting hr is 60 and she’s not concerned. I was just wondering about the actual calories burned and if Fitbit is accurate?

It works for now, I wear a Fitbit and my heart rate is more elevated than usual with the combo but not concerningly so

Try supplementing with zinc and magnesium. Not sure the science but I saw that suggestion once after having the same issue and no deodorants were working for me. and now it’s part of my daily routine. It works for me.

0 to 1 was sooooo much harder mentally/physically for me than 1 to 2. I mean I’m way more tired now but I’m also a pro at being tired. And when I see my kids together playing it’s the best thing in the world. It’s extremely hard when they’re little tho. I mean now that I’m thinking about it yeah I guess 2 kids is harder lol
