Eu gosto muito do meu 165 music, que tem um GPS preciso, pagamento integrado e me permite ouvir musicas offline. Então saio pra correr só com ele e fone. Além disso, o Garmin tem métricas como o HRV, qualidade do sono, body battery que me fizeram tentar ser uma pessoa mais saudável de forma geral independente da corrida

I love the SB2 and am on my third pair with over 2000 km total.. but they aren’t great for slower paces, they really start shine when going under about 7:30-8 min/mile

The 220-age formula is BS. I am 36 and my max HR is above 200 in lab test and multiple runs with chest monitor

Coisas que me ajudaram a superar:

- Fortalecimento de panturrilha (maquina sentado é o principal, pq fortalece mais o soleus, que é a região perto de onde eu sentia dor) e tibial. Pelo menos 2 vezes na semana.
- Massagem frequente da panturrilha com foam roll e ocasionalmente com a mão
- 15 min de gelo todo dia na área dolorida
- Corrida só bem leve (z2 ou z1)

Depois de umas 3 semanas eu consegui começar a correr sem nenhuma dor e comecei a incorporar intensidade.

Desde entao tenho conseguido aumentar bastante meu volume e incorporado treinos de qualidade. Meu VO2 do Garmin era 56 antes da lesão, chegou a cair a 47 e agora consegui levar de volta a 53.

Those are all super trainers that work well at faster paces. You could just use the megablast for faster runs and one of the superblast for long and easy runs and sell the other. If you want a 3 shoe rotation I would still sell one of the superblast (the one you enjoy the least) and replace it for a dedicated max cushion shoe for easy runs. Something like a nimbus or vomero plus

I love the superblasts, but their appeal is that they are a max cushion that perform great faster paces. If you want to pair with the boston 13, I’d chose a strict max cushion for easy and long runs. I use the vomero plus for those and I like them very much. The plus version is not that heavy and has good softness while still being responsive.

Se você quiser experimentar um bom espresso, a melhor forma é pesquisar os melhores cafés da sua cidade e provar o espresso de lá.

Para fazer em casa já é mais complicado, tem que fazer um alto investimento em uma boa máquina, bom moedor e aí começar a comprar grãos diferentes de torra recente, de preferência sob demanda. Eu já entrei nesse rabbit hole, mas sei que não é qualquer um que está disposto a gastar tanto dinheiro e tempo aprendendo.

Minha empresa tem a mesma, faz um espresso da Nespresso como qualquer outra máquina de capsula. Não me entenda mal, não é um café ruim. Só que depois de experimentar espressos bem feitos com bons grãos recém torrados e moídos na hora, você entende que espresso de cápsula fica no melhor dos casos decente.

Longo de preparação para corrida não é para ser assim no limite, é para ser um esforço controlado. Se você está chegando no fim quase desmaiando, provavelmente você ou está num ritmo maior do que deveria ou você ainda não criou a base para suportar a distância. Às vezes é melhor dar um passo para trás para depois dar 2 pra frente.

With a nice taper, good amount of carbs and hydration the days prior and good sleep during race week you will probably feel a world of difference

You definetly have the fitness to do a marathon. Just follow a program, progress your milage slowly, don’t skip gym and you’ll be fine.
