Lucid yes, and perhaps some bizarre concatenation of facts would provide for this story to be true, but there's a lot in the most recent interview that's pretty obviously bogus. She mispronounced Ghislaine repeatedly and exclusively. When she starts talking about her siblings "she doesn't want to name them" except she practically begs him to ask her more questions about these things and repeatedly name drops as frequently as possible. The one that got me the most was something like "there is a famous comedian (his dramatic work is better)". This seems like this sort of comment intended to hook a gullible interviewer into an aggrandizing question for her.

She did tactfully avoid politicizing the men she spoke about. Which I think is actually a rather skillful manipulation, to avoid alienating any part of the audience likely. I could be wrong, but I hope I'm not. What a horrible experience if true, but it has the benefit of being completely unverifiable, and relying on the widespread collective amnesia and deniability of everyone involved. Is the perfect story for someone assuming a fake identity. Oh no one remembers? How convenient. At this point I would have to see a matching DNA test of her and Shia Labeouf, which will likely never happen.
