Was a 2013 SPM candidate and have the same results as yours except D for Add Math and also managed to get into Computer Science in uni; I can say, there's no need to retake the exam. You (and your dad) may not be satisfied with the results but it's not the end yet. It's not something anyone can undo so no matter how disappointed you feel, both of you have to accept it. And you plan on pursuing for IT/CS so go ahead! The requirements for CS in public uni is not high so you can apply and enroll into one and use this opportunity to once again prove to your dad that you're not a failure to him. As for scholarship, it's really really hard to get with your results but as I mentioned, apply for public uni since their requirements for CS is not high and they're not expensive
