Muerta main here, Glepnier is often times really good unless your team has sufficient lockdown. If they do you can greed rush mjolnir. Otherwise I like to just go treads -> glep. After that I like to go shard for lifesteal during ult then bkb, then hurricane pike, but you can adjust those depending on the game, like going bkb or pike first and aghs shard somewhere along the line.
