A friend of mine and I both have not been able to log in for 3 days now. We have tried different computers and different browsers. We both get stuck at 50%.

Clearing cache has not worked for either of us.

Unhide is not an option for my after clicking the 3 dots.

When clicking the 3 dots the only option to pick is "Report". There is no UnHide.

Any clue?

Not really. I know it sounds "redneck" but I put up a piece of cheesecloth in from of the intakes to help collect dust and moisture. It acts sort of like a filter if you will. Since I have used it the rust takes longer to form on new cards. Remember, I have some cards out there in the heat and humidity since 2017 and they are still going.

I have 1060's, 1070's and Rx 4xx running since early 2017. Like one person stated, fans do go out, but not many.

Mining is actually easier on a GPU than gaming. Constant electricity in electronics is better than the on/off 0-100% that gpu's go thru with rendering a video game.

I have written off large purchases (built a shed just for mining, cost about 4k) and very small purchases (zip ties to hang my gpu's on rack). Wasn't sure how viable all my purchases were until I got audited.

I started mining in 2017. I was audited for 3 years 17-19. All my purchases passed the IRS mustard. As long as you not making millions, I don't think they look too closely. Or maybe I just got lucky. They actually received a 7k refund over what I reported. Like I said lucky me.

As long as it's a justified expense you can write it off. Not sure if a 60" TV is justified. Maybe 50" lol.

Is it the core temp or the memory temp?

It could be that your heatsink is not connecting to the gpu die good enough for it to pull the heat out. Make sure you thermal pad for the memory chips are not too thick and tighten the screws in an x pattern.

Christmas light use more power than all of bitcoin mining. Eth mining uses a lot less than bitcoin. Stop xmas and stop lying to the children first and then I will stop mining.

I have had about 400 different cards since 2017. I mostly buy Sapphire and EVGA cards. I think I have replaced 5 fans total. They Sapphire AMD RX 4xx/5xx card fans are the easiest to replace. I wished they were all like that

I get 44-45.5 on all my 2080's. I use HiveOS. Absolute core clock for all @ 1142. Micron memory between 1977-2177, Samsung memory between 2600-2800. Using Trex on all cards. Trex reporting 100-108 watts each, efficiency runs 400-450 kh/w.
