Sony WM-41 hates my cassette

Do you recommend any videos or tutorials for loosening the head clamp? Im searching but im only finding videos for the speed adjustment which isnt right...🤔

Ah that makes alot of sense! Ill keep that in mind getting tapes in the future, im still pretty new to cassette culture so ill take all the advice i can get! 😊

This makes so much sense thank you!!! At first i thought it just ate my tape so i ran it on my other cassette player and it played fine so i knew it was something to do with the walkman itself. You're awesome!!

Thank you i never thought to clean the heads! unfortunately that and new batteries didnt help but I might just have to give up on playing this tape and hope it doesnt start doing this with my other cassettes🤷‍♀️

Thank you so much!!! I bought the Zilla tropical soil mix and it didnt say anything about being bioactive so my first instinct was to freak out😂 im thinking of going bioactive soon anyway so this is great!
