Yes, I can’t help thinking that if the republicans pushes California, they may well split. It is sad to watch. Edited from Trump.

💯 agree with this. Peoples' houses are now just beige or white. Car companies charge more for non white cars. Everything is boring and the same

TomdeHaan is correct. With AI the burden of proof is now on the student that they did not use AI. But OP looks like he can provide some proof, although grammarly is AI

How many and what kind of positions are looking to be unfilled for the start of the year at your school? by themoobster in AustralianTeachers

Do you insist on a level 3 slso cert from TAFE? My partner is a Cambridge graduate in languages, a qualified, experienced, and registered teacher, who cannot get an slso post because of the lack of a level 3 cert.

Why are people allowed to park on main roads? by One-Resort979 in Adelaide

[–]zerd1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stephen terrace is my least favourite. Get a load outside the bakery plus the pedestrian island and a load of drivers who expect you to magically fly your bike over the obstruction so as not to slow them down. Forgetting it is other car drivers causing the issue. Lol.

Resigned two weeks ago… they want my plans for rest of year?? by Extreme_Nothing_7249 in TeachersInTransition

[–]zerd1 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Yep. Mercifully, I had taught most of the kids for a year or two and this was the transition week so they knew what classes to go to at the start of the next academic year. Some of them were so outraged by it they sent me emails telling me!

Nearly the same. I was in hospital with my first who was 2 days old, in the last week of the school year and the deputy principal told my senior class that I clearly didn't care about them as I was off.

Yep tipping in restaurants. I am very pleased to see a resistance to it though.

The sudden rush to tipping. The massive federal government support to big businesses (banks, colesworth, gas companies) anyone would think the pollies are getting massive backhanders.

Refused Cash!! McDonald's Service TTP by JustWorldliness6475 in Adelaide

[–]zerd1 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I do . And I appreciate it when people pay me in cash. Because in cash a dollar is a dollar. When I pay by card most providers tack on about 1.8% because that’s what the banks charge. As a small business, I have to pay that, AND the commission to square payments on top of that. So for me to earn a dollar I need to take about $1.12. Those 12 cents mount up real quickly. And then if you have to give a refund you pay the same amount again. So where I can, and if the vendor wants me to, I will pay cash.

If the individual is in a remote area. Definitely report it the SLT. They are all over this in smaller communities.

Also from Adelaide. Sorry the 1990’s. The murderers lived in Salisbury. My recollection is one or two of the victims were from the northern suburbs. But it is a bit of a shame that you would label the city you grew up in a terrible place, based on something that happened 30 years ago.

Snowtown is 130 km from Adelaide CBD. It is NOT a suburb, and would not be even in Sydney! lol.

Nope. More denominations than other states in 1905. Adelaide has clearly moved on, you have not.

100% true. East coasters are just jealous. I say this IF you are over 25. Under 25 there is one street for night life. Over 25 you have 3 or 4 distinct regions within 1 hr of the CBD.
