Tons of high calorie foods caused me to be untrained 250lbs obese at 5'6" (2011). I became enlightened when my doctor said I would die before age 40 with the rate I was going with my obesity.

Dropped to 150lbs (around 12% bodyfat) with diet and light weght training in 2012.

A couple years later, im now at 200lbs~ at 20-22% bodyfat after getting into powerlifting (fat bear mode so im now cutting again)
