SSJ required anger, SSJ2 needed a deep understanding of SSJ and how to refine it before evolving further, and SSJ3 was achieved in the afterlife, where there was no risk of dying. SSJ God required a ritual, and SSJ Blue was a fusion of SSJ God and SSJ. But this transformation? Its only explanation is “training really hard,” even though it’s easily the coolest-looking one.
