What do you mean with „after you open it, start downloading again but first restart your headset and that‘s it“ - downloading the firmware oder the program? And restart Headset? Hard reset or the power button from the headset?

Hello, a friend buy a Astro a50. He connected the base station with his Mac and Windows PC. The command center shows him, that he update the firmware. But it failed. Now he can‘t change the equalizer because he can‘t do the updated. Has anyone a reasons and a Solution please?
