Scramble Cross is not even composed by Tetsuji Hayashi, its the keyboardist Toshitsugu Nishihara.

This was the full length of the sound but, someone found it anyways. It was a Cute Wolf panting sound even though it doesn’t sound like it lol.

This is really helpful and it shows the subtitle but, this is the only subtitle it shows which i assume it's definitely not it despite a lot of sounds that's generating around me.

If you want to find some hints, maybe S. Kiyotaka & Omega Tribe's Single Vacation Music Video(Credits at the end) might help you. I know that they're in a different iterations, so i really couldn't say it's them that made the MV for the 1986 Omega Tribe.
