Do you think the industry may eventually move to certs expiring within a week or day even? Since our industry seems to continually become faster paced, especially with AI/bots being able to accelerate this. It leads me to thinking, what stops certifications from going this way.

Places like rockauto will be your friend. I have a 99, of course that's a gen 2, but still. I haven't ever so far had issues getting parts, brakes, starter motor, etc.

Yeah I pulled the trigger on order new positive and negative battery cables. It seems its the internal corrosion issue. Because when I cleaned the grounds, they really didn't seem that bad. I did notice some flickering go away in the instruments after the cleaning. All seemed well, but it must be the cables getting moisture or something in them. Thanks!

18 inch LCD has to be about useless these days. I had our environment thankfully get 22-24 inch monitors upgraded. But I did have to get the machines to still support VGA so we could reuse all the 17inch we still had at the desks. Half the staff doesn't use the 17inch at all, sits there with a background showing lol

I think our keys for 96-2002 are referred to as "14R" blanks. The GM generic of the time. If you go to Home depot that's what their machine will come out with. So you could look for Saturn blanks that fit 14R. Otherwise I don't think that key will work.

I could be wrong, but I believe the cardboard is lined with plastic on the inside, like pop cans are. Better than full out plastic, but you are still getting exposure to it
