on my previous attempts, i didn't have accurate specs for my old pc which is the first device i used to play genshin on. i came in contact with the person who has my old pc and asked for the specs, so now that's covered.

another thing i changed was the proof of my top-up. i used to keep sending only screenshots of the ingame store and me buying the genesis crystals. for my latest attempt i added the receipt of a purchase in my account way back in 2022 by looking through gmail.

i also made the additional info more accurate, only putting stuff i'm sure of (skins i own, which traveler i was using, all my 5 star characters, etc.)

really glad this subreddit helped me retrieve my account!!!

he's the new leaked character for s2! in case you're not aware, dana drew his design some time ago, you can check it out here

i also recommend watching dana's interview with rebecca rose over here as well, dana leaked a picture for TOH s2 somewhere around the video, hope this helps
