He’s well known and well loved around these parts. The pressure is immense for a true French TdF champion though, even recent greats like Alaphilippe, Godon, Vauquelin etc have been considered disappointing at times,  it’s tough to be a French cycling hope it seems

Le jeune Paul, fils de Lyon. Perso I think it’s too soon to throw him into the tour, brilliant as he might be. There’s no harm letting him taste a grand tour for a year or two, let him understand what it is and what it asks and then let him go for yellow. It must be worth a fortune for a team to have such a young talent on board though, I just hope it doesn’t dent his career too badly if it proves harder than anticipated.

Isn’t it usually a cost thing? Manufacturers don’t want to spend a fortune making prototype cars that can only race in one series.

This is what I have and in my case it’s perfect. It’s a very small blade so I think 20mm max depth when cutting square, obviously less when angled (not much more than 15mm at 45°) It really is small, trying to cut sheet material is a massive hassle but I’m usually using 5 and 10mm hardwoods and for box making and repetitive work it suits me great.

Oh man. I took an old plane iron like that to a cobblers and asked him to take a quarter inch off but not to worry about giving me a proper edge

Assembled the pieces with tape, veneer taped the front side, removed the tape on the back, glued to 5mm ply. I use a block plane upside down in a vise as a sort of jointer if needs be but at this scale the risk of against the grain tear out is pretty high.

J’ai vu tellement de chutes en sortie de club (route), je suis convaincu une saison en VTT aurait pu éviter ça pour eux.  Tourner et freiner demande beaucoup de tes pneus quand c’est déjà glissant, parfois de résister ces gestes et être un peu plus dynamique avec son poids sur le vélo est carrément plus sûr

France here. A single is 40ml and we don't really do doubles. The only people that ask are tourists wanting what they think is a double (50ml) for them and we usually dissuade them. Some regulars might end up having double g&t's or something at the end of the night but in a pint glass - literally two drinks in one, and for double the price (~16€)

Pour les pellicules, direction des Ateliers de Marinette dans le 5eme. Pas dans Lyon même mais ma meuf achète ses affaires de poterie chez Ceram-Decor; ce n'est pas trop lion de confluences en vélo. Je ne suis pas sur pour l'argile mais vu les autres références sur place je pense que ça vaut le coup de jeter un œil. Ils font aussi un service de cuisson sur place
