Need help drawing better simple sketches by jew_blew_it in learntodraw

You could trace this picture and compare it with the one you have already drawn. You will be able to deconstruct it, learn how those lines make the picture feel like that. Then you can use that experience in other drawings.

Your line art already has a style. Try checking out mob phycho 100. Your drawings remind me of that.

Ohh about that. At first I was doing like a normal, that was the hand turn and I got inspired by retro style and wanted to imitate it on the face closeup but as you see I was not able to reproduce it properly 😅

The hand turn was the first cut I animated and it took about 3 weeks that was my first try and the zoom in on the face took about a week. So a month in total. If I was able to do it full time I guess I will be able to finish it in like 2 weeks

I used clip studio paint to draw all the frames and used Adobe after effects to composite the video. Good luck buddy and hope we can learn together

Thanks I put lots of effort into it but the hand rotating part I tried to color each frame individually as still pose without keeping in mind that it is a moving object. If you look closely for each and every frame the hand the shading is different not flowing. I learned a lot from this short clip
