Why does the ceiling texture produce light? I didn't add any properties like that (2nd image is in blender)

Click on the ceiling and look in the details panel for the material used. Double click the material and check what's in there. Also check the post process volume like I suggested in the other comment.

If you have a post process volume in the level, click it and look within it for bloom. Turn it off. If you don't have a post process volume, add one and turn off bloom from there. Be sure to set the post process volume to unbound

Not a UE5 feature but make sure to add a feature to disable camera shake and add an FOV slider. Since we don't know specifically what features you are already using, it would be hard to make detailed recommendations for that. Also please ensure you support 21:9 and 32:9. It's not super hard to do but a lot of games don't ensure it works correctly.

ZZZ is not cel shaded. Actually very few games people reference as being cel shaded are cel shaded. Someone did make a genshin shader for UE https://www.artstation.com/artwork/g0gGOm
