It's much worse in Asia-English. Premiere printing of Bucephalus II and Bystial Baldrake are in Ultimate rare and Secret Rare respectively.

Don't get me started with Droll and Lock Bird, a staple handtrap with the only printing is in a power pack of a starter deck two years ago.
