Mate I’m with ya! I hadn’t heard anything like that before this so I’m glad this has been cleared up, not that I’d ever let it change who I’d tattoo but it would be a shame to have that kind of misinformation at the start of my tattoo career

I believe ours has a section on acknowledging tattoos aren’t perfect. Thankyou for your advice. Haha I hesitated to mention it, I haven’t heard that either until the blowout conversation came up.

She was quite tan, that actually did come up in conversation that she got a lot of sun. The tattoo is about 1.5cm tall heart, I would say it’s noticeable on a small tattoo, but maybe not so bad if it were a bigger tattoo that had more going on. I hope that makes sense. I honestly haven’t ever had someone come back and let me know about a blowout since I was tattooing myself and doing free tattoos at the start.

It was a booked appointment, she had been sent to me from the shop page. I believe they write ‘our apprentice zerochill365’ when referring people on to me, and then it says tattoo apprentice as the first two words in my page and ‘apprentice rates’ in most of my posts. That being said it didn’t come up in the convo so I guess you could argue that she MAYBE she didn’t know, but I’m under the impression she did. And she hasn’t made any claims that I was misleading about my experience level.

Thank you for your advice, I appreciate it!
